General Objective
The overall objective of this module on criterion test
items is to evaluate a module based on its test items
so that you will be able to evaluate your own modules
just as systematically and objectively.
Specific objectives
- Without any references or aids, be able to explain
what a criterion test item measures.
- Without any references or aids, be able to list
at least six of the seven question formats used in
constructing criterion test items that are presented
in this module.
- Given pre- and post-test results from a recently
tested module, be able to evaluate the effectiveness
of the module and state which items, if any, need
revising.
