Target Audience:
Faculty, TAs, faculty developers, instructional designers,
educational administrators or anyone who would like
to be able to identify their target audience and what
these learners are expected to be able to do prior to
starting a module. This step in the design process could
be used in any teaching and learning situation not just
in modular instruction.
